Etihad collaborates with LANEIGE on new Business Class amenity kits

Etihad Airways has unveiled The Destination Collection, a new series of collectible Business Class amenity kits rolling out progressively across the network this summer, alongside a new skincare partnership with LANEIGE.
The collection will feature 14 different designs inspired by destinations across the airline’s network and its home in Abu Dhabi. Two bag styles – Pouch and Slim – will each be available in seven colourways, with every colour representing a different city served by the airline. Each bag also includes a serial number from one to seven, highlighting its place within the wider collection.
The launch reflects a broader shift among premium airlines, which are increasingly investing in wellness-focused partnerships and collectible onboard products as part of the luxury travel experience. Amenity kits are now being positioned less as disposable travel items and more as lifestyle accessories and keepsakes for frequent flyers and aviation enthusiasts alike.
Alongside Etihad’s signature onboard comfort essentials, including an eyeshade, earplugs, and dental kit, the airline is introducing an upgraded skincare offering through its collaboration with LANEIGE. Etihad is currently the only airline offering LANEIGE products onboard to premium guests, marking another step in the growing influence of K-beauty within luxury hospitality and aviation.
Guests travelling in Business Class will receive a curated selection of LANEIGE products, including the Water Sleeping Mask, formulated with hyaluronic acid and squalane to restore hydration during long-haul flights, the Lip Sleeping Mask featuring Berry Fruit Complex, Murumuru Seed, and Shea Butter, as well as a deeply hydrating hand cream designed to combat dryness onboard.
The collaboration forms part of Etihad’s wider wellbeing strategy, which also includes the airline’s Quiet Cabin concept and broader onboard wellness initiatives focused on comfort, rest, and recovery during travel.
