Eurowings rolls out Premium BIZ seats across A320neo fleet

Following a successful market test on flights between Berlin and Dubai, Eurowings is expanding its Premium BIZ product across its Airbus A320neo fleet.
The Lufthansa Group carrier will equip all eight of its A320neo aircraft with the new premium seat as it rolls out the concept on longer medium-haul routes with flight times of roughly three to six hours.
The Premium BIZ seat was initially introduced in November 2025, offering travellers a significant upgrade over the traditional European Business Class model, which typically relies on a blocked middle seat for additional space.
Encouraged by positive passenger feedback and market response, Eurowings has now decided to extend the concept to additional routes in the near future. The airline is also considering business-heavy connections such as London as well as leisure destinations with strong premium demand, including Mallorca and the Canary Islands. Final network and fleet planning is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
The Premium BIZ cabin features eight seats arranged in a comfortable 2×2 layout across the first two rows of the aircraft, equipped with the “Comoda” premium seat from Italian manufacturer Geven.
The upgraded onboard experience includes an adjustable footrest, USB charging ports, pillows, blankets and an amenity kit. Passengers can also expect an enhanced inflight service featuring an aperitif, a hot meal served on porcelain and an expanded beverage selection.
With the wider rollout of Premium BIZ, Eurowings is signalling a clear move toward a more differentiated premium offering across its network.
