On the Horizon: Thai Airways A321neo with Flatbed Business Class

Thai Airways aims to debut its first Airbus A321neo in January 2026, following delivery in November this year.

Configured for short- and medium-range regional routes from Bangkok, the aircraft will feature 16 fully lie-flat business class seats – a rare luxury on narrowbody jets.

The carrier has 32 A321neos on order, each equipped with complimentary WiFi and a next-generation in-flight entertainment system.

This move forms part of Thai’s broader fleet renewal, which will also introduce new Boeing 777 and 787 business class suites complete with privacy doors and expansive 24-inch screens.
